Yoga connect you deep inside us and the world around us. It is a complete holistic approach is to bring more harmony and peace.


At Purna Yoga Retreat the primary yoga style is traditional Hatha but we enjoy combining many variations and elements from different yoga styles– Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow and Kundalini for a more diverse and complete yoga experience. We explore asanas, breathing exercises, dynamic flow sequences, various meditation techniques as well as other forms of yoga – the healing sounds of yoga nada, soothing chants of bhakti yoga and deep relaxation through yoga Nidra. You can experience also themed yoga retreats such as yoga detox, yoga weight loss, sound healing, mandala making and bhakti yoga retreats. During these retreats the basis is still yoga and meditation, but more focus is given to additional elements and activities.


During your stay at Purna Yoga -retreat you will have plenty of time for rest and relaxation in the garden, rocking in a hammock, enjoying a steam bath or a mud bath, reading a book by the pond or taking a plunge in the neighbouring outdoor heated swimming pool.
