At Purna Yoga Retreat the primary yoga style is traditional Hatha but we enjoy combining many variations and elements from different yoga styles– Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow and Kundalini for a more diverse and complete yoga experience. We explore asanas, breathing exercises, dynamic flow sequences, various meditation techniques as well as other forms of yoga – the healing sounds of yoga nada, soothing chants of bhakti yoga and deep relaxation through yoga Nidra.
